Why Approver Comments are copying twice in the form in ESC portal?

Hi All,

Actually we have one custom form Time Sheet in ESC portal , on that if Approver add comments , it copying twice, but we need only once

Please help me to solve this

is there any customization / implementation in your instance in place which copies comments from "A" to "B"?

Hi @Deepika61 

with access to your instance it's difficult to point you in the right direction. But I would start with examining the Business rules and look for a candidate which has in the "Script" field the text "Manager comments" contained.

There is one BR that update Manager Comments, as per my observation , this BR update Manager Comments and along with that as per ootb also updating comments
